If you have already had a free of charge replacement product under warranty and/or you would like one of our engineers to come onsite and assess the installation, then this can be easily arranged.

If your pump has been installed correctly and you have the right product for the job, our engineer will swap the product over for you there and then.

You will be required to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit/debit card to book an engineer and may be charged £95+VAT for the engineer visit, but only in a situation where the installation is deemed incorrect and the cause of the product failure or you have the wrong product installed for the system.
